Kiss of an Angel

When I woke up toay, Xomi gave me a big smile and a kiss on the lips.

She's spending her Sunday at my mother's house. I miss you already love love.

Xomi was tinkering with my mother's phone, and she was able to call me.

I was talking to her on the phone, chattering as usual. Then she was gone. I figure she dropped the phone.

Moments later, I heard a stoke of the piano keys. She was playing with the piano.

Since she loves to hit the keys of the piano, she came home with a piano toy!

Saturday

Sometimes I feel sorry for Xomi. When she sees another kid, she feels so happy. She can't contain herself; a simple “hi” is not enough for her. She wanted to approach and hug them all while she keeps on smiling.

But most of the time, the other kids get scared of a cute curly-haired stranger. Her enthusiasm and friendliness is not reciprocated.

She's loving yogurt. I bought her a Yo-Go yogurt with fresh avocado topping. She loves the yogurt but not the avocado.

When I bought the yogurt, I asked what was the ingredients of the mixture. The lady got pissed with my question! She said she doesn't have any idea since it was already pre-mixed when they got it. But she told me that it's made specially for kids. That was enough information for me.

♥♥

Earlier this morning, I was looking for something in my shelf. Xomi was playing. She was saying sssh, and when I look at her, she was showing me a piece of her shape sorter toy, a fish! She calls a fish "sssh."

A Fairy Secret

Xomi, just like any other kid her age, loves to tinker with anything! Lately, she grows a considerable amount of interest with DVD and DVD cases.

She likes to tinker with the stacked DVDs in the shelf. This morning, she was standing by the TV rack with DVDs piled on the side doing her usual thing of putting the DVD cases down and eventually opening them one by one.

She was pointing at something, a DVD case in the rack. I couldn't see clearly what it was. All you could see was the side of the case. It has a tiny picture of Barbie.

Xomi said, "Ba-bee." She said it again, "Bah-bee, sshhhh" brining the side of her index finger on her lips. The way you do when you hush someone.

I helped her grab the DVD case. It was indeed a Barbie movie, "Barbie: A Fairy Secret" with Barbie's picture with her forefinger on her lips!

Thursday

Xomi and I were reading her all-time favorite fun pop-up book "Animals on the Ice." I was reading to her a page of the book, " 'Brrr. The water's freezing', thinks the Penguin"

Xomi kept on repeating "brrr brrrr brrrr."

Then, we moved to other books. And I got busy with my phone, exchanging messages with her dad. I heard her saying "brrr brrr brrr."

I just said "yes" to acknowledge what she was saying.

She repeated the sound. When I looked at her, she was holding a penguin from her cloth book with detachable animal pictures.

As always, I'm very amazed!

Hep for Help

Xomi's new word: Hep for help. When she needs help in getting her book, she asks for help. When she wants to climb up on the bed, she says help.

Payday Treat

Jep loves Flame It Burger. He deserves a treat. So, we had burger today.

I bought Xomi non-toxic crayons and a drawing book. While waiting for our order, we let Xomi doodle/scribble on the pad using the crayon.

It's too early for her to use one. She puts it in her mouth, and later on threw it away. The color blue shattered on the floor. She's not just ready for it yet.

I can't believe how Xomi loves to eat the burger patty! She shares with my burger;)

She got her dad's tastes bud.
